Easy to Reach, Fun for the Whole Family

Just 80 minutes from Sydney, Little Chooks Farm offers an easy escape from the city without the long drive. Nestled in the scenic riverside town of Spencer, the journey takes you through the beautiful Hawkesbury region, setting the tone for a relaxing countryside getaway. We welcome children and well-behaved dogs, offering plenty of space to play, explore, and enjoy the simple pleasures of country life.

FAQ

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

    If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • To ensure a comfortable stay, we kindly ask guests to bring their own toiletries and personal care items.

  • The maximum occupancy varies depending on the accommodation you choose.

    • Villa (4 Bedrooms): Up to 8 adults

    • Cabin (3 Bedrooms): Up to 6 adults

    • Cabin (2 Bedrooms): Up to 4 adults

    • Caravan: Up to 4 adults

  • Yes. Our Villa and both Cabins are equipped with fully functional kitchen facilities for your convenience.

    Please note that the Caravan does not include cooking facilities.

  • Dogs are welcome in our Cabins and Caravan, but are not permitted in the Villa.

    If you plan to bring your dog, please let us know before your arrival. Please kindly keep pets under your supervision at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

  • Guests who cancel their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
